Return Policy

Unused skeins may be returned provided the yarn has not been discontinued, damaged (free of smells) and unwound (if purchased as a hank) at the discretion of Needles ‘n Pins Yarn Shoppe.

The refund amount will be credited back to the credit card used for the original transaction or a store credit will be given. No returns or exchanges are given on patterns, books, needles, accessory items, or postage/S&H for shipped orders. 

 

Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt unless something is not available. Customer will be notified within 48 hours of any back-order or problem with shipping order in a timely fashion.

Orders will be shipped U.S. Priority Mail in order for us to be able to track and insure the packages. 

 

Cancellation Policy

Please contact us to cancel an order prior to shipment. If cancellation of an order is required, and the order has already been processed, the order can be returned unopened for a full refund (excluding postage/S&H). If the package has been opened, the standard Return Policy applies.
